We extend a special warm welcome to you. We know that it takes courage to come to your first meeting. We invite you to bring a friend or relative to lean on. You will find that it is okay to laugh or cry, to say exactly how you feel, or say nothing at all. Make an effort to try at least three meetings.

We have all been where you are now. We understand your pain and want to help. If you have been with us for a longer period and are no longer attending the meetings, please consider returning. You could be a valuable help to others, or maybe you've been through something a newly bereaved person is going through now and can share what helped you. Remember, there is great healing in helping others.

All information is confidential. Our membership list is not distributed. We encourage you to exchange contact information with those you meet at the meetings so that you can get in touch later.
